Traditional hand sharpening using a sequence of antique oil stones and leather strops. This service is available for professional or home chefs. Personal pickup and delivery in the Melbourne metropolitan region can be arranged.

Refurbishment

A well made and cared for knife can and should last for generations. If you have a knife that has been damaged, or simply weathered by the years, and would like to see it restored to a functional condition, please contact us for a free assessment.

Sheath making

If you would like a leather or wood sheath produced to fit an existing knife similar to the ones you see here, please contact us. Depending on the style of sheath required, this can be tailored and produced from measurements of the knife alone.
