Kingfisher Chef Knife
A chef knife inspired by the streak of a diving Kingfisher. The blade is composed of three layers, the core is forged from an antique file, with a jacket of softer puddle iron. The handle is dyed spalted Sassafras, Juma, and dyed antler. The sheath is red cedar and features a handmade brass Kingfisher ornament.

A sleek and modern chef's knife. The handle is stabilised Tasmanian Myrtle Beech burl and buffalo horn. The blade is handmade pattern welded steel, recycled from vintage file and millsaw blade, with a core of antique file steel. The sheath is Red Cedar, and is secured by a forged copper pin.

'A petty in pink and blue. This is an all round kitchen knife made for a professional chef. The blade is hand forged from 80crv2 carbon steel. The handle is stabilised Russian birch with colourful pink and blue dyes and a slim copper bolster. Neat as a pin.
Jonquil Carving Knife
The blade for this knife is forged of five layers. The outer layers are old iron from an antique wheelbarrow wheel, the inner layers are repurposed from an old mill saw blade, and the core is of an antique file. The bolsters are recycled brass, and the handle is made of stabilised maple and acrylic composite, with green liners, and copper pins. The case is fashioned from reclaimed cedar and brass. Razor sharp, this blade makes for excellent slicing, and will fit a slender hand perfectly.
